This course will be held at the Green Bay Doulas Office and last about 2 1/2 hours (if enrolled for both classes).
Bringing home a newborn is exciting, but let's be real, babies don't come with instruction manuals!
Our Newborn Care class is designed to help expecting parents and caregivers feel prepared, informed, and confident as they navigate those first weeks at home.
From diapering and bathing to soothing techniques, safe sleep, newborn behaviors, and understanding your baby's needs, we'll cover the everyday essentials of caring for your little one.
Through hands-on activities, practical tips, and open discussions, you'll gain the tools and confidence to care for your newborn while finding what works best for your family.
Because you don't have to know everything about babies. You just need a little preparation, some practice, and the confidence to figure it out together!
When taking this class, you will receive evidence-based information from your instructor and handouts to supplement your learning.
Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Each ticket covers a birthing person and (1) support person.
