Each class will be 2-2.5 hours long.

Because birth doesn't come with a script, but you can come prepared!

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to childbirth, and your childbirth education shouldn't be either!

Birth Unlocked is an interactive, comprehensive class designed to help you understand your options, build confidence, and prepare for whatever your birth story brings.

From labor and comfort techniques to pain management, inductions, cesarean birth, and navigating the unexpected, we'll give you the knowledge and practical tools to make informed decisions along the way.

Taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator, our classes combine evidence-informed education, hands-on activities, open discussions, and plenty of resources to add to your toolbox.

We're not here to teach you the "perfect" way to give birth. We're here to help you prepare for YOUR birth.
